With online coaching, the "threshold distance" is short. I am where we spend most of our time - online. I will be available anywhere and, most importantly, anytime.

Through an app, you will have access to me as your personal coach, and together we will tailor a training program and nutritional plan. You will receive detailed descriptions of the exercises and feedback when you need it.

Your training will be logged in the app, and whenever you have questions, you will receive answers there. With online coaching, you simply get everything you need - right in your pocket.

I am Sara

My name is Sara Nordli, and I am an active athlete competing internationally in dressage. In pursuit of my dream to become the best, I have moved from Norway to Denmark. Here, I train both myself and my most important dance partner - my horse, of course.

As an athlete, one must have knowledge about training and nutrition, and both exercise and nutrition have been a part of me for a long time. From participating in recreational activities as a child to becoming an active athlete later on. However, I discovered that I also wanted to help others. This was a significant part of my motivation to study nutrition and become a certified personal trainer.

Helping others gives me motivation because I am delighted to see what small changes can do in the bigger picture. I am dedicated to motivating and making training enjoyable because without this, we won't achieve long-lasting changes.

With joy, a little effort, and plenty of motivation, I will help you reach your goals.

Training shouldn't be boring

That's why I focus on varied sessions. Do you prefer being indoors at the gym or do you thrive outdoors? I adapt to your preferences.

I am here for you! Therefore, all programs - both training and nutrition - will be based on your starting point, your goals, and your life situation.

Follow-up and adjustment

I want to hear how your training and plans are going, so weekly check-ins are part of the program. Additionally, we will focus on sleep, energy levels, daily life, and self-confidence. Thus, the program will be adapted to your current situation.

We are a team

From questions to cheering you on, I will be with you from the beginning. I will support you and give you an extra push when needed. With me as your coach, you always have someone backing you up. We do this together as a dream team.

Do you enjoy cooking? Or do you want recipes for simple, healthy, and delicious dishes?

I regularly share recipes in the app.
